- Shipping & Delivery
- All OFCRAP.com orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days, Subject to the following.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
We currently only deliver to UK destinations including republic of Ireland. Shipping is set at £2.99 for UK Mainland deliveries. If your items do not arrive within 15 days after dispatch, you should contact us by e-mail at contact@ofcrap.com. We cannot process a refund or a re-delivery of an item until 15 working days have passed since the shipping date. - Privacy & Security
- We just like you are concerned with what happens with our personal information. We won’t share or sell your personal information for a quick buck. Never. Ever. We will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts purpose, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress.
- Returns & Replacements
- You should inspect your good immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortages. If an item arrives with any defects, damages or items missing you should e-mail us at contact@ofcrap.com within 3 days of the item arriving so we can process the item replacement, You will need to include your order number so we can identify it for processing. We do not offer refunds for any products that are sold on our website, due to the nature of the goods. For example if you recieve two identical 'Bags of Crap' we will not issue a refund on the order as it is a Fukubukuro.
- Ordering
- To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. You must not open more than one account under your own name and/or address. Currently, we can only ship to limited countries (please check countries on checkout of web site). By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors, for the purposes of fufilling the order). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by sending us an email at contact@ofcrap.com. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for dispatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us at contact@ofcrap.com. Please do this before the order is dispatched.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.
All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly, however, Whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at our discretion either.
a) contact you, cancel your order and refund your money or
b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.
